The Everything But Time team offers full service wedding planning in Calgary and throughout Alberta, we are your “go to” wedding planners!

Let us make your special day free from the stress of the little things, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

On these occasions, we can be there from pre-wedding setup to post wedding take down to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day.  Also for the day of your big event, my team and I will be onsite from early morning until late after your event!

We will take care of those small details, as sometimes you may forget, on a such a busy day.  And will always make sure to keep you and your groom in the loop, with your budget and all the details.

We can assist you with:

  • Rentals (equipment, chairs, tents & linens)
  • Decor; setup & take down (table numbers, place cards, table runners and any other accessories)
  • Choosing a florist
  • Choosing a DJ or a band
  • Choosing a Wedding Cake and/or desserts
  • Booking transportation
  • Choosing your menu & beverage selection
  • Purchasing & sourcing out gifts for wedding party and future in-laws
